A LITTLE ABOUT SYDNEY MENTORING…
Sydney Mentoring focuses on helping people entering the workforce all the way to those in middle management to achieve short-term goals. This is an unusual but calculated approach to helping people. More and more people are now entering the workforce to gain experiences and learn, this is beyond the traditional reasons of receiving a paycheck. This changes the dynamics of the employee-employer relationship. The focus of Sydney Mentoring group is to help people gain the best out of their experiences and have their own buddy to help them in this journey.
The program is not limited to any geographic boundaries. It is open to everyone who would like to engage in a meaningful conversation about their careers and aspirations. Acting like a sounding board, we work with mentees to identify their goals, and then work towards a program that fits their needs.
Note: It is important to note that the program doesn’t help people find jobs and nor does it claim to assist in this process.
